The July Proclamation or July Declaration will not be issued today; instead, it has been decided to release it together later. This is due to some complications that arise in a state without a constitution. If you look at Nepal’s history, you might get some understanding of this. After the release of ‘Ek Nojor’ this evening, I’ll create a thread on this topic, attempting to explain the matter with examples.
